Public Hearing to receive citizen input on the conveyance of approximately 2.24 acres of property,subject to existing utility easements, located southeasterly of John Fitch Boulevard

Matthew Galligan - We have Brian Smith from Robinson & Cole here who can probably give you more information.

Brian Smith - 2.24 acres off of John Fitch Blvd. 2009 State was going to sell property to South Windsor - in april sold 2.24 acres. in order for the town to convey to CT Studios the proeprty needs to be appraised. There was new appraisal. 2.24 acres valued at 11,000. decide whether to convey to CT Studios.
