10. Remarks by the New Mayor

Delnicki - with everything the Town has been through - made it because of all of the volunteers, staff, etc. The recovery has been done. Will have debris pick up which has started and should be done by Thanksgiivng. Want South Windsor to go back to a normal routine. Moving forward there are issues that must be addressed, CT Studios, the budget. The Council has to work together and forget about the parties. We want public input because they have good ideas, suggetions are always welcome. Welcomed the new members. for those who did not get elected, please stay involved. Recognized John Pelkey for setting a high standard. also recognized Janice Favreau who did a good job and will be missed.
