McCann - comments concerning sidewalk ordinance is being looked at with Sidewalk and Bikeway Sub Committee. The number of times and cost to Town residents for repairs to sidewalks. Mr. Doolittle getting that together and will be making a recomendation to the Council.
Galligan - had first meeting tonight with WPCA - history of what being trranspired, 12th and 19th have meetings also. There are a lot of issues to come up with fairness. some people are in one direction. my position is fair fee to the comuntiy .. will try to come up with appropraite program.

Prague, McCann Prague - please to award increase to Mr. Galligan. Council feels you are asset to South Windsor. This year have had tremendous growth. While this is in this years numbers. The debris pick up you were the first one to come out. South Windsor was one of the worst hit and cleaned up fast. increased fund balance. Federal funds for Buckland Road. Made personnel changes, great benefits. Less staff than we had 15 years ago. we hve a lot of people in PW that can increase productivity. Think that we respect you and it is a lean time. this is the best we can do. Galligan - here for 16 years. average 3 1/2 to 4 years. Prague - fiscally we are in great shape. 38th best town in america for our size. Bond sales save the town money. please to present you with this raise. Anwar - thank you for your dedication. what you have done in difficult times we have remained efficient. most of our departments are excellent. other towns have learned from us. you have saved our community a lot of money. everybody is in agreement that we respect your work and commitment. Delnicki - it has been an interesting transition and credit Matt with help. the entire town stepped forward with Storm Alfred. Matt - thank you for your support. we are one team I appreciate the Town Council unanimous
E. Resolution Approving an Annual Salary for Deborah W. Reid, Clerk of the Council for Fiscal Year 2011/2012

Delnicki - attended Rich Rylanders retirement party. did great job for the town. We had dancing with the stars. Ed - Matt won first prize. Delnicki - would like to extend invitation to everyone who participated in the event, all dressed and be recognized. It was a fun night but also night that was a fantastic fund raiser. Havens - SW Rotary - giving 6,000 to finish the gazebo. Delnicki - what the Roatary has done for our community speaks volumes of those who particpate. Bazzano - like the idea of coming one night. grand prize winner would perform for the Council and the general public. Delnicki - what was done by the dancers and the judges speaks highly McCann - recently Town of SW and EAst Windso rand Windsor lost Probate Court Judge. It was a wonderful tribute to a man who really deserved it. Sorry that he is no longer here but he was wished well. Delnicki - well said, it was a tragic loss and will be tough to find someone to step into that position. Yagaloff - Brian was loved by many in the community. He was a wonderful person. Wish his family and friends to get through it. People respected adn liked his and appreciated guidance that he gave them.

Delnicki - attended Rich Rylanders retirement party. did great job for the town. We had dancing with the stars. Ed - Matt won first prize. Delnicki - would like to extend invitation to everyone who participated in the event, all dressed and be recognized. It was a fun night but also night that was a fantastic fund raiser. Havens - SW Rotary - giving 6,000 to finish the gazebo. Delnicki - what the Roatary has done for our community speaks volumes of those who particpate. Bazzano - like the idea of coming one night. grand prize winner would perform for the Council and the general public.
