A. GIS (CRCOG Regional Grant)

B. Community Assessment Study (CRCOG Regional Grant)

Town Manager, do have full report from CRCOG. Circulated to staff and two items they came up with were for GIS. Scott would like to be a part of that program.

Regional assessment study. looking to have group of people put study together. Educational services, etc. look to see what we can do to service community better. Will need a resolution - look at for next two weeks - will need resolution by December 19th for approval for 23rd. You can see all the regional grants - these grants have been beneficial Delnicki - limited to choose from five grants listed. Galligan - one item we did not participate in is permitting because ours is much cheaper. Delnicki - Regional study looking for public works also? Galligan - yes. there will be diferent people part of that assessment Delnicki - we do not obligate ourselves? Galligan - no that will be TC decision,

McCann - concerned with regional assessment study. Is regional allow CRCOG to assess various Towns? Galligan - they only do that if you participate in the program McCann - Galligan - it is something when doing items with various Towns. Can get full text for Town Concil McCann - would like to find out =---- Galligan - will get that to theCouncil
