(Councilor Rilev) WHEREAS, the South Windsor Town Council referred the purchase of 7+ acres of property fronting on Ellington Road and Long Hill Road, owned by St. Francis of Assisi Church Corp., to the Planning & Zoning Commission pursuant to Section 8-24 of the Connecticut General Statues at their November 19, 2018 meeting; and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission, at their November 27, 2018 meeting, forwarded a favorable review of the above mentioned proposed purchase NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby accepts the favorable review by the Planning & Zoning Commission to purchase this property.
