5. Special Business A. Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Enter into a Contract with the South Windsor Town Employees Bargaining Unit, United Public Service Employees Union, Local 424-Unit 104 (Councilor Lydecker) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Michael Maniscalco to enter into a Contract between the Town of South Windsor and the South Windsor Town Employees Bargaining Unit, United Public Service Employees Union, Local 424 – Unit 104 (Emergency Telecommunicators, Animal Control Officers, and Support Services Technicians), said contract to be in effect from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. 7.
