4. Special New Business A. Consideration and possible action on Mayor's request to fly the Ukrainian flag on the Town flagpole at the Wapping Community House. WHEREAS the Mayor of the Town of South Windsor ins requesting that the Ukrainian Flag be flown in solidarity with the Ukraine. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves this request and asks that the Town Manager Michael Maniscalo have the flag put up on the flagpole at the Wapping Community House. 5.
