Resolution Approving the Transfer of $74,000 of Capital Non-Recurring funds to cover Fiber Installation & Equipment Costs associated with the TRACS Communications Tower Project WHEREAS, the TRACS Facility Tower Project requires fiber to provide communication connectivity for our public safety agencies, and; WHEREAS, the ARPA requirements allowed for fiber to pass the facility it did not allow for connecting fiber to the building, and; WHEREAS; by transferring a total of $74,000 from the Capital Non-Recurring account to the TRACS Communication Tower Project account # 44480300-00320 the project will be fully funded and; WHEREAS; the required public hearing was held on Monday, November 18th, 2024 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager Michael Maniscaico to transfer $74,000 from the Capital Non-Recurring account to fund the Fiber Installation & Equipment at the TRACS Communication Tower project.
Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Damien Humphrey (D) as a Member of the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby accepts with regret the resignation of Damien Humphrey as a Member of the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission effective October 15, 2024; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council extends its thanks to Damien Humphrey for the time dedicated to serving the community by membership on the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission.
Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Diane Behler (D) as a Member of the Patriotic Commission BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby accepts with regret the resignation of Diane Behler as a Member of the Patriotic Commission effective November 7,2024; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council extends its thanks to Diane Behler for the time dedicated to serving the community by membership on the Patriotic Commission.

Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Damien Humphrey (D) as a Member of the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby accepts with regret the resignation of Damien Humphrey as a Member of the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission effective October 15, 2024; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council extends its thanks to Damien Humphrey for the time dedicated to serving the community by membership on the Mass Transit & Highway Advisory Commission.
Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Diane Behler (D) as a Member of the Patriotic Commission BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby accepts with regret the resignation of Diane Behler as a Member of the Patriotic Commission effective November 7,2024; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council extends its thanks to Diane Behler for the time dedicated to serving the community by membership on the Patriotic Commission.
Resolution Approving the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Budget Calendar BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town hereby approves the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Budget Calendar, as more fully described in Exhibit A.
Resolution Approving Refund Batch #9 for fifteen (15) refunds totaling $2,373,73 BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves fifteen (15) refunds, the total of said refunds being $2373.73 and as more fully described in Exhibit B
